Glazes with UV protection for colour soundness
but this time under laid with very tough epoxy resin
primer and base coats to provide background colour
and extra bond strength.

Industrial DF 100 Epoxy Resin Floors
As used under our heavy duty flake floors, DF100 plain colour epoxy resins, available in any colour you can identify, can be laid to virtually any thickness and with hard wearing aggregates mixed in can be finished to any degree of slip resistance from smooth like glass for removal of wax, dough grease etc. by scraping and very level for TV. cameras, through to very course slip suitable for wet rubber boot areas where steam cleaning and power washing is a regular necessity. Thickness and price varies according to expected wear demands with our usual 15-20 year life expectancy in mind. |
Epoxy mortar used in coving & repairs etc
Our DF100 epoxy mortars are used in the same
colour as the main floor and are mixed on site to
install coving for hygiene regulations and also for
sub floor repairs and preparation when over laying
new floor systems onto old and pitted concrete,
screed or tiled surfaces.
These mortars can be adapted for general concrete
repair requirements in other areas of construction
such as columns, beams and lintels etc.

Industrial epoxy resin coatings for walls
DF 100 plain colour epoxy resins can be used in
factories, animal houses, collecting yards. stores,
corridors, work rooms, staff changing areas, wash
rooms. car washes in fact where plain colours are acceptable but low maintenance and low costs are more important than the more pleasing visual effects given by our colourful flake products

Similar to our range of industrial grade flake systems
but reducing costs by applying the materials more
sparingly and choosing more subtle and delicate colours
which can be far more appropriate for areas of the home,
office or shop. hospital. leisure area, hotel. holiday complex
Etc. etc. still with our l5yr life expectancy in mind but
in a less demanding situation. |

our standard range either in Epoxy resin or decorative
flake mixes. We can enhance your colour choice even
further by adding hints of carefully chosen glitter flakes of various size and colour or we can provide artwork such as a company logo inlaid onto an entrance lobby floor or wall for instance, as we have done at the head of our opening page above |
